inhabit's Soak in Wintery Sky Bedding

inhabit's Soak in Wintery Sky Bedding
Instead of shopping at the same old place, treat yourself to something new, like say, some bed sheets from inhabit? No? Well, how about their "Weeee" stretched wall art?

We are aware that not everyone in the world can afford these (even though their prices are not outrageous), but the design is absolutely worth it. inhabit does a good job of selling invididual pieces that fit together to form a uniform room. You owe it to yourself to check out the inhabit web site and in particular their Soak in Wintery Sky bedding.

Heat & Glo's Aqueon Hydrogen Burning Fireplace

Heat & Glo's Aqueon Hydrogen Burning Fireplace
Heat & Glo, makers of high-end fireplaces, recently introduced The Aqueon Hydrogen Burning Fireplace, the first fireplace fueled by water. This means that the fire does not generate carbon monoxide, in fact, it replenishes oxygen in the home. Pretty cool. The technology allows for 31,000 Btu/ hour of heat energy to be generated in the room by using 1/2 gallon of water per hour. You can read more about the Aqueon Hydrogen Burning Fireplace at the Heat & Glo Web site. 100% pollution-free fireplace in 2005. Who would have thought.

Let me tell you how I like my spices

Let me tell you how I like my spices
I rarely cook, but when I do, I like to spice things up by using all of my wife's exotic spices ? saffron, star anise, sumac, galangal, you name it, I've probably used it in the wrong way. Like probably most of you, I've been storing my spices in the carousel-style spice racks for quite some time. However, since my kitchen is somewhat lacking on counter space, the behemoth of a carousel is taking up too space ? a space that can be used up by my blender. Enter, Zevro's Zero Gravity Magnetic Spice Rack, a name more space-age than the product itself, as the concept is really simple.

A slick-looking stainless-steel magnetic rack holds the 1 2/3 ounce canisters in place on both the bottom and top of the rack, in contrast to other shelves that do one or the other. This helps take your spices vertical to a place where they will free up valuable counter space in the kitchen. It also makes removing the spices from the rack and inserting them easier than the clunky standard shelves as you won't constantly have to wrestle with them.

I recommend the 14 piece set (12 canisters) because it can hold more spices ? you want to have room to store some sumac and galangal do you not? Some of the most popular online retailers were sold out, so after some research I found Comfort House had some in-stock.

A Little Something Old For You.

A Little Something Old For You.
I'm not the type of person that likes old-fashioned things, but after I saw this Northstar Range I was floored by the aesthetics. The design of the range is 100% retro, but the technology is new. For example, you get electronic clock controls, your choice of sealed gas burners or high-speed electric elements for cooking, a self-cleaning oven, and a warming drawer. The ranges come in many retro colors, but they allow you to custom paint your own. They cost approximately $4,000, so they don't come cheap. You have to check out the high-res pictures on the Northstar web site to appreciate the little details.
