iSi calls them ORKA ice cube trays and like most newer ice cube trays, these guys are made out of silicone. So what the hell is the big deal? The ORKA ice cube trays have a unique flexible pad at the bottom that releases the ice cube from its oval-shaped prison without much stress. Thanks to this unique system, you can individually pop the ice cubes individually - no more wrestling with the ice cube tray to pop one ice cube off.
